oh hun im so sorry for u. the only advice i have is to stop over thinking it. as someone who suffers from anxiety, i feel your pain. the more you think about things which "could" happen the worse it will be. postponing your wedding because u feel u may have an attack is pretty bad cos chances are u will hype it up so much in your head until you DO have an attack.
tip: when u start to feel a little anxious, grab a lemon slice and some room temp water... sit in a quiet place on ur own and rub the lemon btwn ur thumb and forefinger and sip on the water.
