I am new but noticed your post. I got my giant cupcake pan on Ebay and had it sent from the US. As they were cheaper than Australia
I have used mine a few times and it is awesome. I made one today and cut some of the middle of the cake out and layered it with peaches, custard and whipped cream and then iced the top. Very yummy. If you get one, when you cook the cake I put a roasting pan half full of water under the top end as it has less cake mix than the other side.
Sounds awesome as a wedding cake wish I had it then.
