bouquet price?
Hi girls
i was just curious as to what everyone paid for there flowers? i was at a bridal fair on the weekend and got quoted $500 for a bouquet of lillies which i thought was ridiculous. Im a new florist myself but just could never justify charging someone that much and i only got some quotes as i didnt want to have to do it myself the day before the wedding but if thats the normal price well i think ill be doing my own lol.

I first got quoted $145 for a 25-27cm bouquet of white and pink roses with purple lissies.....now i am only having a 22-25cm bouquet and is costing me $100.

I think $500 for one bouquet is really steep.

Woah! That's pricey! I went with a friend on Saturday to a florist and she was quoted $140 for a full bouquet of roses and lillies.

I wouldn't really commit to anything I see at a fair.. My garter was tagged $250 and the lady was happy to sell it to me a few weeks after for just $15!
$500 is massive, I am paying about $140 for a gorgeous mix..

I'm also getting real touch flowers so arent much help either but my whole package is costing $370.

I think around $100-$150 is decent just for the bridal bouquet though.

I paid around $500 for ALL my flowers. My bouquest was a mix of roses and was around $150, $100 for each BM and I loved them. best to always go with what is in season. easier and cheaper but of course as a florist you know that

I'm paying less than $500 for all the flowers for all of us - including parents and step parents. That seems like a heap!

I'm having gardenias and sweet peas, wired, with swaravski crystals through it and it's going to be about $160.

I had singapore orchids, roses and lisianthus

my bouquet is my avatar if ya wanna see

oh and it looks a little sad cos it was about 7pm and I had been waving it around all day!
