Oh for sure! I wanted the computer tonight to type up some ceremony wording on word because the laptop doesnt have it, and he is too 'busy' looking at how to bust balloons with lasers on youtube! haha

These people are terrible. They are trying to get whatever they can from you. Grrrrr!

Whoops, I didnt see this! It orked out really well in the end. DH took them back with the old invoice, they refunded the full price of the glasses and the postage costs. It wasnt until the next day after he told me that I realised they hadnt refunded the engraving costs. But I was too worried about other things to be too concerned.
