I think we've found our photographer!!
Elkie Photography - Wedding, Children and Family Portrait by Elkie Ng, Sydney, Australia She came very highly recommended by the lady who has been doing pro shots of DD2, so I looked at her site and prices and have contacted her with a REAL enquiry (hoping to get a discount because of Elena!!) and now have butterflies!! ![]() Silly me though... Looking at photographers when we don't have a set date yet... I did let her know that we don't have a date set yet but when we are looking at getting married, and the next option if that's taken when we can afford the deposit... But, we like her style and being Asian (no offence to anyone) she will have GREAT attention to detail for the photos too!! Hoping to get more info soon from her!! |

Ok, after going through the finances now that DF's not working...
We can either have the wedding we want in around 2050 or we can have a low key BBQ at home with our folks, no pics, dresses, suits, cakes or anything, basically like getting married at the registry just at home instead... I hate money!! I just wanna cry!! Not so much for the wedding I want (for my dress I do though) but because it's just so hard!! How many 20c pieces does one have to find to buy milk so the toddler can have her morning milk? Or bread so the toddler can have breakfast as there's not enough milk for a bottle let alone cereal (even weetbix!). I'd love to attend DB's Hens night but if this tax money doesn't come through I can't get the deposit to her in time!! Sorry, I'm having a hard time and the thought that she may not get anything for her 2nd birthday in 3 weeks absolutely shatters me... |
