do you only use one cake mix or more???

I made it from scratch and doubled the qauntity and filled it a bit more than halfway and had enough left over to use in a pull apart car cake pan. So if you want to do a couple of cupcakes to go with the large cake then there should be way more than enough with two mixes

oh and I baked it for about 50 mins and with the pan of water under the top part it all came out evenly cooked. I was so excited the day the pan came from the US that I had to make one straight away lol. Next one I make I will probably try to get more creative with the icing, the one I did was for my kids
