hair and make-up in dandenong?????

im getting married october 17th at lyrebird falls. im not very familiar with the area and would love to know if anybody else got married or is from that area who could reccommend where i should get my hair and makeup done.
i was thinking of a company called magical makeovers who will come to my hotel but im unsure what to do

i hope someone can help


im staying in knox the night beofre so someone in that area would be good too

im in craigieburn. my cousin got married at another recpetion in dandenong years ago and was a wedding that stuck in my head. we choose lyrebird falls becasue we both fell in love with it. unfortunatly its a fair drive out there.

im not sure what i would prefer. going to a salon or having someone coming to the hotel. magical makeovers will come to craigieburn for my trial and to my hotel on the day so hey are convienient but not sure what they are like. plus i have to be out of my hotel room at noon the day of the wedding so the hotel said i could have a conference room to get all the hair and makeup done. i didnt know if i liked that idea.

so i was hoping that if some people highly reccomended a salon up in the area i would dirve up there to get m trial done. but becasue it was such a drive i dont just want to go up there for no reason.

nicole i am having a company called living dolls do my hair and make-up, they come to you also - i had to go to them for the trial, but on the day they are coming to me but i will be at home, although i was originally hoping to be at a hotel but it didn't work out that way - i think that it really depends on your situation - since i have 5 girls who all need their hair and make-up done i thought it would be easier to get someone in, also my sister did a similar thing and it worked really well - another advantage for me is that i don't drive so i didn't want to be walking up the street to get my hair done and have it come undone on me on the way home.
Lyrebird falls is a lovely place and i believe mez is getting married there too and the dandenongs are a lovely background for pictures - i will see if i can find any salons in the area for you too.

If you are happy to go to a salon, I would go to New Image at Knox City. I go there all the time and they do great hair and make-up. As it is in Knox it is a little closer than Dandenong.

I wouldn't reccommend quite a few of the Salon's in the Hills, especially in Tecoma as they have a knack for making people look about 50 years older than they are

thanks for that.
i never even gave walking to and from the salon wrecking my hair a thought. so thats something to take into consideration.
and no i dont want to look 50 years older than what i look now lol
i will ring both places to find out prices. find out what the going rate is.
