Ok before I decided what the best option was I checked with those nearest and dearest to me to make sure dates wouldn't clsah and everyone liked what I had in mind.
All ok, said they loved the idea of a Swan Valley Tour and nothing to clash with.

Now my bestie has done all this work I find out
1) My aunt has a phobia of driving in mini vans/coaches etc

2) The date chosen is my uncles birthday, the one whom I was going to drive the van. He is also married to the aunt with the phobia, she has asked hubby to drive her around in their car (she is the one who suggested I ask the uncle to drive the mini van).

3)Both my aunts (being sisters) are very close so I knowing them if one aunt goes in a car the other will go with her.

Now doesn't sound like a big deal as they are my aunts but they are more like friends, I am very close to them (one in particular). Also I have basically 2 friends who aren't family members.
All up on the day, best case scenario, I will have about 8 people. At worst 5. Now if my aunts don't come on the bus there will either be 3 of us or 6 of us.
Which would mean its not worth getting the mini van which in one way is good but in another it's not. My bestie was going to create a party bus type scenario which isn't easy to do in a car.
Aaaah I know it's 11 months away but god why does it have to be so hard.

Sorry just fed up with people who say what they think I want to hear but when it comes down to it honesty would have been best policy.

oh you poor thing, and so nice of your bestie to plan this far in advance so that people would know- i just had a look at their website and i don't know if this would be an option or not, but they also have cruises and limos - the cruises are more expensive though..
Does the phobia extend to double deckers - coz they have those too?

definately inc double deckers FH mentioned them and she nearly fainted lol.
planning so far in advance cos we are all on tight budgets.
Contemplating changing the whole thing not sure what now.
i don't go out except other peoples houses so want to really do something fun and out of my norm
