I LOVE MY FLORIST!!! Just wanted to share...
Just got of the phone with the florist, she was confirming all our flowers, taking the final payment, etc. And just wanted to have a little rave about how fabulous she is! (hopefully its ok to name her, but I just want other brides-to-be to know about her, she is the best!)
Her name is Rachelle, she operates “Miss Shelley’s Flowers” in Berry, she has had several weddings she has done the flowers for featured in wedding mags, and I just LOOOOVE her work! She is so lovely and friendly, and I think very well-priced, and she just creates the most amazing floral arrangements.
Anyway, the reason I am especially excited/overjoyed is that she told me just then that the guy who supplies her with the foam balls for the floral pomander balls (she is making 5 of them for us) has been unable to get hold of the medium sized ones I was quoted for, and can only get large.
The upshot is I get large ones AT NO EXTRA COST! Rachelle was like, well you’ve been quoted for and paid for the medium ones and it’s not your fault we can’t get them, so I get extra flowers at no extra cost, yay!
And she is doing our cake flowers for free, plus a second buttonhole for Vaughan for free (in case his gets all crushed during the hugging, so it will look fresh for the photos) And she is making up all the paper cones for our rose petals (which she is supplying) and not charging me for the paper she uses or her time in doing it. How nice is that? I just cannot get over how excellent her customer service is!
