I know i still have just over 11 months til my wedding but shanes younger sister coming up 19 to be exact said yes to being bridesmaid all good etc.

now we can never friggin contact her! his older sister asks her questions about dresses shoes etc and she never replies!

i have ordered a dress for her according to sizing we found on a dress she left here a few months back. but if shes not going to contact me or answer calls what the heck am i to do! i dont have time to waste on a no hoper!

i had a good friend whom i wanted as bridesmaid but she missed out cause i put shanes family before grr. i wish id kept it to my sisters and my mate before hand im fuming atm~!

sorry for the vent im just super psycho woman atm and df cant understand why im so angry ! i left $650 down payment for 5 dresses which is non refundable even if i want to take one off grrrrrr so she really needs to make up her mind

ouch! that's a lot of mulah - is your friend the same size or is there any way you can take the dress that the sister was going to wear and swap it for one that your friend could wear? because that's what i'd be doing now if i were you.

the dresses can easily be taken in im going to talk to my other df again and just let him know that i actually need someone who is actually going to be apart of the wedding such as joining in choosing things etc not someone just tagging along for the ride to look glam at the end.

and i think shes expecting us to pay for everything. i just think i could be overracting atm but meh life goes on i guess! just spoke to df and i think he gets where im coming from now thank god!

Hmm, not good Charmaine! I'd get rid of her! H2B's sister was 'forced' on me.. thankfully she backed out when I was just about to fire her! She was exactly the same - never called us back or txted back and even expected me to pay for her to get hair extensions because she wanted her hair to be longer for the wedding.. I couldn't handle it! Hope it works out for you chick!

thanks guys! i honestly dont mind paying for dresses and make up etc ! but shes expecting shoes flights to perth from karratha meh dont think so why do some peopel have to be so difficult! im going to call mil tommorrow and see if i can get in contact with fsil that way gah.

Hey Charmaine and Erin, I know how it feels to have fh's sister forced on you into the bridal party as soon as we got engaged fh told me that she had to be in the bridal party even though they aren't close & we have both wanted to sack her many times but we are stuck with her, like you Charmaine she didn't even want to go dress shopping & then complained about the colour and the price ($220) which the other girls and I were stoked with (it was even cheaper than the boys suit hire). I agree with Erin, perhaps ask your fsil if she wants to be part of the wedding as she is impossible to get in touch with and you need to be able to communicate with her and feel that you can rely upon her and replace her with your friend whom you wanted in the first place & that you can rely upon, let us know how you go (hugs) Sarina
