My BIG Day............
Well let me start on the Friday with all the setting up, I can't thank my BM's enough for all their help they were amazing and although there were a few minor things we needed to leave till the Saturday morning I wasn't stressed about it as we had plenty of time.
Well the day started rather early as I had my little girls with me and Chloe wasn't awake but moving a lot and was on the verge of waking and I always like to be awake before her so I can have at least a sip of my cuppa, lol. When I went into the kitchen one of my BM was up and ready to start lol. We had a cuppa and then my other BM woke up and then Chloe and Heidi woke, my sister was the last out of bed but was also the last in bed. My MOH didn't stay but showed up not long after we had, had a wash and my sister had started curling my hair. My mum then showed up and took over with my girls so we could do what was needed to be done. I tried on Chloe's outfit as my Bm's were worried it looked a little small and it was too small but that wasn't a problem as the place we were getting our make up done had a baby clothes shop next door and I picked up two cute little outfits! We had a really healthy breaky hehe NOT we had a maccas breakfast because we had make up at 10am and my sister started my hair at 7.30-8.00am we wouldn't have had time but it was yummy all the same. Two of my BM then went to get their make up and then the rest of us went to the race course to set up the things we needed to and then we two went to get our make up done. My BM from Brissy had her make up done and it looked amazing! She then went and got some fruit and things to nibble on. I was last and when we had finsihed there is was around 12.30 almost 1ish. When we got home my sister finished my hair as she had only done the curls and wanted them to settle when we got our make up done and I also might add that the make up lady was fantasic and did an amazing job I loved everything about my make up. Hmmmm where was I, yes so then after some photos and the BM got ready it was then my turn and then waiting for the cars to arrive so that we could go and get some photos done. The time seemed slow leading up to gettting dressed but then so fast after that. The photos look amazing I am getting them on disk later on so will show you all tonight or tomorrow morning depending what time I get them. And the lady who did them a close family friend was wonderful. When we arrived and ready to walk down the LONG path my nerves got worse but I got calmer the closer we got and it all went smoothly. My sister got up and did a reading and started to cry and that was the end of me I almost cry now thinking of it. After that it was photos, photos and many more. When we got to the reception everyone was still in the bottom bar and I was a little peeved as they were meant to have been up stairs ages ago but that would have been all that got to me during the whole event. I found out during speeches that the reason my sister was up so late was cause she made a speech she got up said she wont cry for this one and did lol, so, so did . Everyone was amazing and well behaved and everyone said it was a wonderful day :smile:
I couldn't have wished for a more perfect day and know that I can always look back on it and smile.
NOw I don't know what I'm going to do with my spare time lol well what little I get? And I think I'll have to find something new now to spend our money on hehe!
