My MIL2B..

.. I haven't vented on here about my MIL yet, but she is the nastiest, most horrible woman you will ever meet. We don't get along because she thinks I'm too nice.. (SERIOUSLY, she's said this!!) She didn't open her wedding invite til 3 weeks after they went out because she "knew what the envelope was for". AND THEN complained because we had addressed the actual invite (not the envelope) to 'Mum'.

So that's a bit of a back story.. I don't actually let her bother me anymore because she has no impact on our lives.

Anyway! Our RSVP date was 1st of October.. I have received all but one RSVP (yep, you guessed it, hers!) Well today I opened the mailbox and there was one of my little self-addressed envelopes sitting there.. 6 days after the RSVP date! She ticked that she would be attending and on the "name" line she wrote her first and last name and then in brackets wrote "(Or 'Mum' to Tom)"

She's such a child.. she just goes out of her way to be ridiculous! lol

Sorry, no real point to this, just had to share how pathetic she is with someone else!

Oh Erin that's awful. I am glad my MIL is not like that. I don't know why some people become like that especially around a time when everyone is supposed to be happy and together as a family.

its funny how some people never grow up lol. Its good you dont let her bother you anymore.

A funny thing with my mum and FH is on occasion to stir my mum up he calls her mum. Its funny cos there is only 8 years between them pmsl

She was always very hot and cold with me, but since H2B's teenage sister fell pregnant, it's very cold. Somehow it's my fault that Deb's life is ruined because she deserves a life like mine!? LOL! She actually said that to me "I shouldn't be pregnant, it should be you, I deserve your life" Ahh.. they're nuts!

Erin, how rude are you? Seriously girl, why don't you just give her your life cause she so clearly deserves it and just ask her to transfer her pregnancy over to you!! Joking sweetie

That is pathetic, and clearly shows how jealous they are of you. Pfft to them!!! You guys should be proud of everything you have achieved and never let anyone tell you otherwise. I bet if you had have written her name on the invite and not mum, she would have been grumpy because of that too!! Stupid woman!!!

I try not to! Avoid it at all costs really haha. She only lives about 10 mins away and right across the street from H2B's gran (who I adore). So it's hard to not see her when we're right across the street visiting gran she'll come over.

aww i honestly feel so sorry for you!
