My Things!!

Well i have been away the last week organising all of the things for the wedding and i feel so much more organised now!!

We met with the celebrant, a family friend, who said that he would do it for free!! He will not accept payment from us he said, which i feel bad for but also a little happy about (is that bad?). He is coming to the reception anyway.

Met with the photographer, really happy with her, she has some great ideas and makes me feel really comfortable!!

Organised the flowers and cake too!!

Only thing left to do is guys clothes, bm's shoes and jewellry and bonbon...(sp). Feeling organised now!!

Cake similar to this excpet with gerberas on top to match bms flowers and the willow cake topper next to the cake and pink or black ribbon around the cake.


We are having the ceremony under this tree, going to decorate it with some hanging lanterns and candles around the ground cause we are having the ceremony late in the afternoon


My wedding ring and FHs ring


Our table decos ~ we bought black matte tiles for $1 each (not the one in the pic) and we are putting 3 or 4 candles on each one (which we got for $2 for a bundle of 3 at the reject shop) and tying the candles together with black or pink ribbon, or putting black lace around each one (very undedcided about this at the moment) and some sort of scatter around them.

And i have had a play with some styles for invites - i really need to decide which one cause i am going to make them all next week.
Not overly happy with either of them - hopefully i can find something brilliant soon, lol. (Dont look at how dodgy i made them, did it really quickly)

oh me either! I like them both also... But i think the first one is a little more dressy? If i were choosing for my own wedding i would pick the first one... i think lol!

Brigie - i think i may have been a little close for the photo, hehe!! You can't half tell i love zoom on the camera!!

I am over the invitations, why didn't i just pay someone to do it!! I am really not very creative. Not happy with anything i have come up with. May get some black ribbona nd that may make the lace invite look better?

Hmmm, maybe more wine will help with my creative side, lol!!
