Stupid engravers

As some of you might know I ordered some toasting flutes from the BTB shop which I ADORE!

The same day I got them I went into town to get them engraved because I was so excited. When I got them back he showed me one and I was abit annpyed because he had put a little squiggle thing on the bottom of the writing which I thought was abit 'immature', but figured there was no point complaining because it was done now.

Anyway, I took them out to show FH and realised that where they have engraved the T in his name is cracked!

What do I do? I will ring them, but not really sure what i hope to acheive? Its not like they can replace the glasses.

OH MY GOD! You need to take them back and show them and they have to give you a refund! Take an "adult" (Dad Mum for that extra support cuz if you go on your own, they will probably just shoot you down. Oh you poor chicka!! (((hugs)))

I would suggest you take them back and ask that they pay to replace the glasses, or at least the one he ruined.
Did you have to sign anything before he engraved them? Like a disclaimer of some sort?

I will do this, but its only $20 and I still wont be able to use them or even if we can, its not like they are going to last a life time and pull them out for our anniversaries.
