I guess everyone is in a different financial situation and I am not sure it means someone is insane because they want to spend money on nice shoes
I am sure if I didn't have the money I wouldn't even think about it, I would have bought something cheaper.

Just remember, we all have different lifestyles and budgets and what may seem excessive to some is the norm for others

100%agreed on this my sister is ALWAYS calling me nuts and crazy when she finds out the price of something we have bought (through my mum) i personally NEVER speak of money with family as some in mine like to make me feel guilty that we have it a little easier then them but in saying that both Rod and i have worked our butts off :) and REFUSE to feel guitly because of it :D

I find it hard not to feel guilty sometimes.

I don't work because I don't have to and have not worked in almost 2 years. But my family always make me feel guilty because my cousin and his girfriend struggle for money, have 2 kids and have to live off one income now she is back on maternity leave.

Also if I say the words "can't afford" they laugh at me pretty much. We have money and we can buy what we want and need but sometimes we are on a budget. It's not the same budget as most, but it does happen and I always feel guilty for saying "I can't afford". Also up until recently we had a housekeeper come to our house 2 days a week and I was always asked "so what do you do if you stay at home and have a housekeeper come in? Isn't that your job?"

It's so good if you can not feel guilty But sometimes I find having money is just like not having money. It still causes problems.

This is what used to happen to us aswell, frustrates the crappers out me :( you too i bet as for a house keeper 2 times a week i would assume you would still be doing alot through the house anyways.

Indeed money sucks and no matter how much or how little you have it does cause problems in one way or another

We need money only cause of buying horse and sorting out Simon's payments to the ex which i've already complained about in another thread. I cancelled my cleaners for the first time cause really i am at home with no kids and nothing to to except study and get better so i thought now that we have the horse agistments to pay for the only fair thing to do is to pull my finger out and do the house work. I'm regretting it at the moment as i'm trying to get it all done.
