Well congratulations. But couldn't have been as weird as mine. I was sitting on the computer and talking to my friends and asked my now DH and he said if it will make you shut up so i can watch my show then yes. So thats how we got engaged lol.

It really doesn't matter when or where you were asked.. as long as you were asked. Engagements always turn out romantic even if said along with pizza.

I agree, romance is what you make it. My FH and I decided very early in our relationship that we would be spending the rest of our lives together - and I said "if we're staying together forever, I want a wedding day!"... I am however still waiting for my official proposal because he is determined to do it in some dramatic, romantic setting... personally I would be quite happy for him to just ask me anywhere & get it done! lol
