Well done gals! Hadn't thought of OOS booklets, what a lovely keepsake that will be.

I will be making my own invitations, placecards etc. (and OOS booklets)
My mother & FMIL will be setting up our table decorations.
My bridesmaid & I will do each other's hair & our own makeup.
We'll be borrowing family cars (& uncles etc as drivers) for transport.

Most DIY is for personal preference, but the cars are purely for cost-saving.

My Mood:
some of you girls are very clever.
I made our invitations, thank yous, Order of service books.
I am making the flowers at the moment and the buttonholes.
and now I will be decorating my shoes as the ones I had to buy are a bit plain.
I had a plain quest book that I decorated.
A box for the 'treasure box'instead of a wishing well.
cant think what else!

Are you having bonbonnieres or favours? - I'm looking at DIY those (a small gift bag with sweets)
Also because we will have children there, I'm putting together the activity packs (including sultana snacks) just in case.....there are a few little rebels in our bridal party!!!!

Ohh the difference is huge!!! .... haha just kidding, they are exactly the same! Wedding Favours is an American term and Bomboniere is actually Italian

hi, i personaly haven't done much but my mum has helped alot, she made the invites which looked so great and wax sealed them, she is making the centrepieces, done the table numbers and is doing the placecards and favors. a friend is doing our hair and makeup, we are also using friends cars, another friend will be taking photo's of all the guests as we go away to get ours done, my aunt is doing the flowers, my gran and mum are doing the cake and an aunty made the cake stand.
i also think i want to look into the oos book, seems like a sweet idea,
oh yeah and my mum has done up the 3 flower girl baskets
she is the biggest life saver
