Here's a pic of our invitations. They're not actual scrolls, but the pattern is awesome and they're easier to send:

i looked at into camelot but i'm in vic, those pics of me are taken at a place called "lady of the lake" she's a dress designer whose up in the dandenongs. my mum also liked the one with the capped sleeves and so did i but was worried the detail would disappear since my dress in going to be purple.
Shazza, did you make those invites or get them made?

I really haven't got a clear idea what a medieval setting looks like but with what I have imagined and seen (photos of garden, reception area and dress) it is really an interesting and unique theme for a wedding. I'm imagining how romantic and stunning it is to arrive by carriage and horse...

I haven't got any favour ideas for the men.. Helmets?? Swords??

Good luck with the whole planning though.

I made my invites. It's really quite easy. And you can easily change the colours to suit you. If you would like me to send you one of ours to look at, pm me your address.

BTW, where in Vic are you?

i dont know too much about medievil weddings. maybe you could give your guests something in a little velvet bag? i found a site that had gold coins made up and also a celtic cross in a soap?
