Hey,

I just want to know how much everyone is spending on their videographer (if you're having one) because I'm shopping around and the cheapest I've found so far is $1200 for four hours. Is this reasonable?

I'm not to sure if that is reasonable or not, but I will be paying $2200 (hopefully) for a full day.

Hey Leah. Im not having one, but from what Ive heard that sounds great! I think they are using $2500 for full day.

Ok cool. It's so hard to know what price is a good price when you've never looked at videographers before. I might be getting a family friend to do it (they are a videographer) but otherwise I'll need to book somebody. I've called so many people today so if anybody wants to know about videographers around the Canberra/South Coast region ask me lol.

im paying $600 for the entire day but we know him and he usually charges $1000

I paid about $3000. My videographer did not get 3 out of 5 of our speeches, I was so angry and upset. But I guess these things can happen!

I am having a friend who is a guest video bits and pieces. It's really only the speeches, the ceremony, and the dances I want videoed. He can still watch it all with a camera in his hand, and It's FREE!!!!
I will edit my own afterwards.

we arent having one, just getting a guest to video the ceremony and our dance, thats all I really want, I dont want to pay money for something that I know I wont watch!! Id rather watch SATC!!!!!!
