What MUST NOT.....
What must not be played at your reception (Or didn't!)???

We refuse to have the nut bush or the bus stop at ours! I swear ever if it's a joke I will kill someone. A bride covered in blood? Not a pretty sight!!

However the Venga bus MUST be played!!! 'The Venga Bus is coming....and everybody's jumpin!!!!'

So tell me....what song MUST and what song MUST NOT be played at your reception.

we banned Mustang Sally until after we leaft cos my drunk aunties do a very embarrassing sexual dance/sing along for everyone everytime its played at a party!!

As for must haves we have two pages full of songs we want hehe - includes songs by Van Morrison, Queen, Robbie Williams, Russell Watson plus lots of 80's songs

We provided a list of songs we absolutely want:

Prince's Cream and Diamonds and Pearls
Queen's Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Seal's Kiss by a Rose
Celine Dion's Because You Loved Me

Our DO NOT PLAY LIST goes something like:

Macarena
Nutbush
Anything for children (Barbie Girl, Chicken Dance etc)
Basically anything which has moves to it!!

ONLY 36 hours to go!

My Mood:
Yay Amber, we did the playlist ourselves on itunes so had complete control but its completely personal choice, we banned nutbush, chicken dance, macarena etc because we thought they were too cheesy and country music because its lame, we played a few Michael Buble songs, At Last by Etta James and an acoustic version of Times Like These by the Foo Fighters which my parents of all people danced to. We also played music as diverse as Britney Spears, Robbie Williams, Outkast, the Presets and also the Libertines song Up The Bracket which I so wanted & Lithium by Nirvana
