atm my flower budget is $600 but i have no idea about the cost of flowers , i know im getting them cheap as a friend is doing them , shes a retired florist i just havnt had time to catch up with her these days .

Well the 1st lot of flowers I was going for was going to be around $500 all up including myself, BM, FH, GM and Dad. But now that I ahve changed my mind I'm not sure what the quote is going to look like but I have made another appointment to see next Thursday. I would like it to be somewhere in between $400 / $600

when you think about that much money for flower its crazy but we all want them so we all spend the money on them.

yeah I would love to and as I have said I'm not really having a large bunch, so fingers crossed that makes it not cost as much to get done as well, hehe.

Don't you just wish sometimes that a member of your family did one of everything? Hairdresser, dress maker, florist, caterer etc etc lol wouldn't that just be the best! My sister was going to go into hair dressing but she changed her mind and now studies fashion, so at least she's up with it all?

yay hopefully im over budget and i save money...

yeah its like my h2b is a machanic by trade , and we know people that can do just about everything from building to fixing the mower but we dont know anyone in the wedding industry oh except our florist so thats good , but i must say the people im dealing with treat us as family they are so all lovely

thats the best thing about living in a town, MOST people are just like that, so lovely and helping our celebrant is like that she's just so nice and understanding.

A new computer - my bestie is doing my flowers (she is a fully qualified florist) and her hubby owns a rose farm. My FH is in IT, so the deal is he builds them a computer and we get our wedding flowers

i think in reality mine will be about $350- only because i only have 1 bridesmaid, so i don't see why it would be over that.

the only way that will blow out is if i have flower centrepieces- which i am considering, but then again i am also thinking i might not have any centrepieces at all!!!
