Where do I begin??
Hi everyone..
DF and I are getting married in June next year and I really thought that I was quite organised until i look around here and see how much so many people have done. We have our engagement party next weekend and my parents are coming up to QLD from MELB. So far we have booked the celebrant, chapel and reception place. What else do I need to do before i miss out. We are trying to save a deposit for our photographer so he will be the next thin gon our list. I was going to try adn get an appointment to show mum and dad through the reception place as well as going to look at decorations etc. I'd also really like my mum to be there when I go looking for a dress.... but Im scared that if I see one I like now I will buy it and then find something I LOVE later!! Any advice on what to do?

When you make your ticker, copy the UBB code and then paste it into your signature editing box in the control panel...
I have no advice on wedding stuff though, we haven't even set a date!!

well my advice is that you book things like ceremony venue, photographer, celebrant and reception venue as soon as possible and that you can look around at dresses but i think you should look at a couple of options and find what looks good on you.

my advice is when u know what u want just do it or buy it. i did this and i changed my mind a few times but most things are thing i wanted from the start, any time u have spare money an u know what u want i advise just buy ti an tick it off, there is no rule to when to do things, apart from the important things that have already been stated, but yeah just go with the flow and get things any time :) just look at pics find what u like and when u decide an ur minds made up pay deposits an stuff. best advice i can give. i did that and i got so much done early and its been pretty stress free :) i bought my dress when i had 11 months to go and its the one i ahve now an i love it. good luck. if u need any help just pm me im pretty organised.
so are alot of other ladies :) heaps of knowlage to be had on this site from all the lovely ladies. i was lost till i found this site
