i want to ahve balloons at my reception, and i want to get them done by someone coz i cant be bothered doing it myslef and i want them done proply.
this is what i want done where would i find a person that dose this sort of thing???? i want the balloon centerpiece sort of thing with three ballons and a balloon weight

Party shops do them. Do you have a party supply store near you?? If that don't they will be able to direct you where to go.

Party stores and some florists do them. I had a really lovely topiary at my 21st and that was done at the local party store
