Thanks ladies!! I was having a stress attack over it all!!
Why is it that people do things to criticise and moan about the things that u do and why should people stick their nose in when its none of their business!! It's different when the shoe is on the other foot!! Sorry thats just my vent for the day!! I think i need to have a break from the wedding!! I think i have decided to put on the RSVP cards something like number of adults attending. Bloody family!!

u can also send a card out in advance or with the invite explaing that due to the exspence and atmosphere of the event that u will not be able to invite children. it is also a great idea to put in a list of accommadation that has babysitting facilities. that way they know that u still want the parents to come and have done a little extra to make it easier for them.
we decided to invite kids as we didnt want alot of hassel and we invited like 30 kids. so hope i dont regret it!!!! also where on the invite u put dress code also put adult reception?? just an idea Last edited by Brigie Bear; 18-07-08 at 03:50 PM.. Reason: merging |

We have told people that children aren't invited to the reception but more than welcome to the ceremony (and have had some many people complain).
we are just putting the people invited on the invites (adults names only) and will put something on the RSVP card to say that unfortunately children aren't invited to attend the reception due to number restrictions but we would love for them to be at the ceremony or something like that anyway. |
